Bread Pudding = yum!

I love bread pudding! And yeay for me, I found this really easy recipe for it! Of all things, it's a CROCK POT RECIPE - who would have thought, huh? I love no brainer cooking! And lucky you (haha!) here's the recipe:

Cooking oil spray (AKA Pam )
6 cups of cubed Cinnamon raisin bread
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
4 eggs
1/3 cups water
1 tps vanilla

1. In a mixing bowl, mix condensed milk, eggs, water & vanilla together.
2. Spray pot with cooking oil.
3. place cubed bread in pot.
4. Coat bread with mixture.
5. Cook on LOW for 2.5 hours.

Yum! Vanilla ice cream makes it yummier!

See how easy that is? That's my type of cooking, baby!
