Thank you ABS-CBN!

I know I blogged about Book 2 of 'Maging Sino Ka Man' a while back, but I forgot to blog about the end of it about 2 months after it previewed. How could they do that us? What sucked even more is that they rushed through the ending....Eh - basically the drama wasn't as good as the first one. But nonetheless, I was sooo sad that it ended...No more daily fixes of hottie Mr. Sam Milby. It's ok, I consoled myself - -he's still on ASAP '08 that airs on Sundays.

So this past Sunday, I TIVOed the show to watch when the kiddo takes his nap. Yeay! it's Sam's birthday celebration! Am I stoked? HECK YA! Ohhh! he sang some songs and and he did this dance number with Anne Curtis (who's supposedly his girlfriend...pshhh! whatever!) but get this...the song they danced to is the same version of "Always be my Baby" by David Cook that I have on my playlist! I love, LOVE that version.

Ok, don't laugh, but I've always loved that song - - yes, the Mariah Carey version initially. And sentimental weirdo that I am, I had visions of the kiddo leaving for college and this was the song that I'd play for him. Corny, huh? Shutup! But seriously, listen to the words.

Anyhoo - so, I'm watching the show and it cuts to commercial....for a new teleserye starring Sam starting next month! The hubbers thought I had gone completely mad b/c I was yelling 'heck ya! heck ya!' towards the TV. hehe! OK - so it's not really a drama telenovela....they're tauting it as a 'fantaserye'. Doot! I don't care! I'm going to get my weekday fix of Sam Milby! I don't know why this picture I found online is all flowers & sunshine - -the previews surely didn't elude to that. But whatever, it was the only one that I found that had the title of the new show on it. BTW - yes, that chiquita in the picture with my TV boyfriend IS Anne Curtis.

Gosh! I'm so glad ABS-CBN (aka The Filipino Channel) is putting Sam back on primetime!
