OK , so as I was sittting in my car waiting for the hour to past so that they can draw blood for my glucose test (yep, that happened today), a grandma-ish looking lady gets into the Toyota Prius to my right. She gets in the car, closes the door, then I hear the door open again and I hear a clatter...kinda like an empty plastic bottle hitting the pavement....
I look over & I KNOW she saw me look over b/c all of a sudden, shifting gears from reverse to drive is taking all of her concentration. So, I look down, and yep, there it is... the empty Diet Coke bottle that grandma threw out before driving away.
I quickly get out of my car to pick up her trash and starting waving the offending bottle at her. She pretended not to see/notice, but I'm pretty sure she saw me - - like you could miss a pregnant gal bending over to pick something up, ya know?
Seriously - just because you drive a car that is environmentally better than most does NOT give you the right to litter! Ugh! that irked me!
OH! and last night at Target, I had a woman approach me as I was meandering the baby section aisles. She asked me I could spare her a few dollars. As I told her that I didn't have any cash on me (really, I didn't) I noticed:
#1) she didn't look homeless or poor. And #2) She was pushing a cart with candy, Ziploc, Vaseline lotion & Pantene shampoo. Last but not least, sporting a Baby Phat jacket!
Uhm - you're gonna ask me for $ when you're shopping with brand name stuff in your cart? WTH!?
Meanwhile, my cart had a couple of clearance pants for the kiddo & Target brand baby wipes.
Did she think that I'd give her the $ that I saved from buying clearance & generic brand stuff?
I was mildly irritated at her audacity.
But irritated nonetheless.

I HATE liter bugs!
the liter erks me too! And, the granny lady, was probably my mom (except she doesn't drive that car) my mom thinks that her litering in parking lots gives people jobs....uhm...thank god we don't share a brain.
Oh, I hate littering too. And people who smoke outside of stores and people who spray perfume on you without asking. I absolutely hate it when people fill their carts of toys just to make thier kid happy and then just leave it randomly in the store and take their kid home (haha, I work in a toy store xD).
And that girl who asked for the money... Seriously? If she really needs a little more money to buy the name brand things in her cart, then maybe she should just put some of them away. She could always buy them when she does have money. She went to a store and didn't think to go there with enough money to buy all her crap? Hm...
