Guam Vacay: Part 1

Instead of doing one long post about our vacation to Guam, I'll be breaking it down in several parts.
We had such a blast during our very short stay. Next time we go, it'll be much longer!
We barely made it on the day we left. Well, we got to the airport in time, but there was some kind of snafu in regards to our seats! According to the agent at the airport, Continental decided to switch planes the night before we flew out. Bye-bye first class seats (I was using my mileage, so we were the first to get kicked out =(
Initially, we were assigned to sit by each other, but because of the plane change, the hubs was assigned almost 10 rows away from me & the kiddo. Thank goodness we were helped by an agent that was nice enough to find us seats by each other! And as we were talking, turns out he used to live on Guam AND he worked with the husband of the lady that has a shop by my mom's! Small world!
By the time we got to our gate, they were already boarding. Yikes! We went right on in and took our seats.
We were lucky to get a very nice lady that sat in our row. She was returning to Guam after a vacation in California and when she found out I was originally from Guam...well, after that, I was "sister" to her. Hehe! 'Sister, you want me to hold boboy (the kiddo) for you while you eat?' 'Sister, you want my cookie?' 'Go ahead and put the arm rest up, Sister, so that way you have more space.' Talk about feeling the island hospitality even before we got to Guam!
The flight to Hawaii was great with the exception of the fugly hag that sat in front of the hubs! She thought it'd be cute to make her seat go as far back as it could go whenever the hubs had the kiddo in his lap. So what did the kid do? kick the back of her chair! I kept trying to get him to stop, but it just wasn't happening. She got so irritated that she got all uppity and turned to snarl at us to get him to stop! I seriously felt bad, but f*ck, lady! your dumb a$$ was asking for it!
It was such a relief to get to Honolulu and to get away from the fugly hag.
