Random Blah Blahs

• My parents have gone back to Guam after being out here for 2 months.  My boys miss them terribly. So do I.
• I've said it before, and I'll say it again - -going to LAX is not fun unless I AM the one leaving for a trip. Just sayin'.
• We visited Las Vegas TWICE while my parents were here! Once for my cousin's graduation from UNLV and the 2nd time for a 60th birthday party.  Both times with the kiddies.  We are going again next month...I'm already dreading the yucky heat.
• The kiddo has entered the very fun stage of asking "WHY" about everything. I may or may not have messed him up with some of my answers.
• The baby is learning to verbalize more. Fish and puppy are his 2 newest words. But out of all the words he can say, guess what my dad says is the baby's favorite word? Gaaaammpaaaa!
• Talk about having a green thumb!  I've got strawberries, tomatoes, eggplant, red bell peppers, green onions & banana peppers all growing in my backyard. And since I'm talking about stuff growing in the yard, my roses are so pretty this time of the year. No joke. yay me!
• I once read somewhere that your feet grows during pregnancy. Trust me, it's true (at least in my case).  And since I have two handsome kiddies, can you believe my feet grew 2 sizes??? WTH!? The hubs calls me a Hobbit minus the hairy feet. Again, WTH!!?!
• I don't care that people think swallows are such pretty birds.  Have you ever had a swallow build a nest on your home? No? Well, lemme tell ya, they get their crap all over the place. Thank goodness we were able to get rid of the ones trying to build their nests on our house this year.  Unfortunately, the building I work in was not spared. My view as I walk into work? Swallow crap all along the sidewalk. Gross. Just gross!
