Happy First Birthday, Baby!

*I wrote this post soon after the baby's first birthday....and totally forgot to post it! Yikes! better late than never, right?*

Happy First Birthday Baby!

It's such a wonder to watch you growing and thriving.
Many people said that having you would be 'so easy' since you have an older brother and we'd be veteran parents with you...not so.

Right from the get go, you made me feel like I was a first time parent all over again! Everything with you has been so different compared to your brother & you know what? I am happy that it is so.

It amazes me as I watch you interact with your brother - -your personalities clashing but more often complimenting each other. You've always made sure that you are you and not a mini-me Kiddo. I can't wait to see what the coming years will bring.
But till then - -slow it down a bit. You're growing up to quickly for me!
